Cashier:

• Welcoming customers, introducing our products, answering their questions, and providing advice or recommendations.
• Take customers' orders, operate cash registers, and enter all orders from delivery platforms into the POS system.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• Maintaining a clean workspace.

Barista:

• Prepare beverages following recipes and serve drinks
• Keep the bar area clean
• Check if all bar equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items

Kitchen Staff:

• Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
• Prepare and make all tea, boba, and ingredients.
• Make sure the quality of all tea, boba, and ingredients.
• Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
• Organizing and correctly storing food supplies.

Note: these positions' compensation includes salary and tips. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.
